With immediate effect, we can announce that Transformagination (sorry, Transformagination®) is now officially registered as a Class 35 trade mark under the Trade Marks Act 1995. This gives us the right to use the ® symbol when we are using the word anywhere and to insist that others using the word must do the same.
We started the Trade Mark process in January 2020 and the official registration was declared this morning.
